Experience the beauty of Tuscany with us during a 5 nights and 6 days stay at Ebbio Tuscany, a restored 12th-century farmhouse set on an organic farm between Siena and Florence in Monteriggioni. Enjoy of joyful movement, meditation, and creative workshops as well as a range of activities including cooking lessons, biking, swimming, and hiking, or simply relax.
Our daily yoga practice will take place in a beautiful, fully equipped practice space. The ceramics workshop will use the creative process to connect with our inner selves and expand our horizons. There is no need to have any specific goals or expectations; instead, bring curiosity and a playful attitude as we explore different hand-building and wheel thrown techniques and tools. This retreat is designed to provide you with a grounding connection to nature, there will be plenty of time and space to find a meditative flow.

ACCOMODATION
Our accommodation for the week is the Ebbio Estate, a restored 12th century farm located in the heart of Tuscany. Surrounded by an evergreen forest and overlooking the medieval walled town of Monteriggioni, the estate offers a tranquil and healing oasis.
The farm is dedicated to organic cultivation of olive trees, vineyards, fruits, vegetables, and herbs, which are used to prepare home-made vegetarian meals.
The ten bedrooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan style with earthly colors and windows showcasing the beautiful surroundings. The farm is home to a variety of animals, including geese, chickens, horses, donkeys, dogs, cats, and butterflies, along with their dedicated team.

Within the program of events there will be plenty of space to explore and enjoy some time to yourself and the facilities, including a heated pool and tranquil yoga studio and massage.

Anchoring her practice in teaching; sharing the craft is very important to her whilst holding a caring, healing space to help those that are drawn to her ways. Each piece of her work is created as a meditation and spiritual activity.

Originally from Tibet, and grew up in India. Tseyang, shares a passion for connecting nature and the union of body and mind though teaching Hatha yoga and running international workshops over the past 10 years. Mindfullness in every Asana (pose), Pranayayama (Breathing) and Meditation. Her truth is to share her practice to help people recognise their own potential and introduce this practice as a way of life rather than just stretching.

Do I need to pay a deposit?When you sign up for a retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £500. Reservations via email or phone messages are not official bookings yet. Only once we have received your deposit or proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. By transferring your payment or deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Once we receive the registration payment, we will be in touch with you to discuss and confirm your payment plan and confirm your reservation Full payment is due 6 weeks before retreat start date, on 21st April 2024. If we have not received full payment by then we are liberty to consider your booking cancelled and offer your place to someone else.

Cancellation policyIf you cancel then you must do so in writing. Depending on the date we are notified the following charges will be made. Note that deposits are non refundable and non-transferable. Covid 19 booking conditionsWe want to ensure that we all acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 global crisis and accept our obligations to comply with any official guidance from governments or local authorities, both in the UK and whilst on Retreat. Guidance on refunds for lockdown, FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) advice, entry restrictions and quarantine Whether or not refunds are due from travel companies depends on a number of factors. If the FCDO is advising against travel at the time of departure, customers who have booked on the retreat are entitled to a full refund. If the above do not apply, but you personally are subject to lockdown rules or guidance meaning that you can’t leave your area and travel, even though we can continue with the retreat, then you would be subject to our normal terms and conditions for cancellation charges. Please check your own travel insurance policy to ensure cover is provided Quarantine in the UK Please note – should you be asked to stay at home for a period of time after returning from the retreat this does not affect the holiday itself, which can go ahead as planned. Therefore, no right to a refund arises. If you decide not to travel, cancellation charges will apply, and you should speak to your own travel insurer to see if any claim can be made. There are a number of travel insurance companies who are including Covid 19 cover. These include Saga, The Post Office Travel Insurance, American Express (do check their policy as different cards have different policies) as well as many others. We do ask that you have travel insurance before attending one of our meetings. Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or other losses of any kind incurred by you (including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment), in the following circumstances: - If you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19 and have to quarantine for a period of time, or are notified or otherwise become aware that you have, or suspect you may have, come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 (or where they otherwise suspect they may have Covid-19) and have to self-isolate for a period of time. If this happens within 14 days of your departure date, you must contact us as you may no longer be able to travel. We will offer you the following option where possible and subject to availability: - Cancelling your holiday, in which case we will impose our standard cancellation charges as of the date of cancellation by you. You may be able to claim these costs back from your travel insurance. However, we will not be responsible for covering the cost of any curtailment of your holiday, missed transport arrangements, additional accommodation required, or other associated costs incurred by you. Or if you fail any tests, checks or other measures imposed by a supplier, airline, port or airport, border control authority or other government body or local authority or fail to submit for testing or assessment when requested to do so, and as such you are denied entry to board the flight, entry to the destination, access to the services or you are otherwise unable to proceed with the holiday, or that portion of the holiday.

Release of Liability The retreat participant agrees that the retreat organisers, and their representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss or delay experienced by the retreat participant. By making this purchase, you agree to these terms, and hereby release the retreat organisers, and their representatives from any and all responsibility or liability. Miscellaneous Trip does not include airfare.

What happens if the retreat gets cancelledIf we must cancel a retreat, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can request a full refund. We are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

I am coming on my own, can I share a room?We welcome solo-travellers with open arms. We will pair you up with someone - great friendships are made on these retreats.

Do I need to have experience working with clay?This is an open level hand-building and throwing workshop, previous clay experience is required. This is a practice workshop. The pots created during this workshop will not be fired unless the participant wishes to cover additional expenses e.g firing, glazing and shipping costs.
